Competition Overview
Purchase any item from countrylabelled.com between 9:00 am (AEDT) December 15, 2025 and 5:00 pm (AEDT) January 31, 2026, and follow @countrylabelled and @cmcrocksfest on Instagram to enter the draw to win 4 VIP festival passes and a powered campsite for CMC Rocks QLD 2026, held Friday March 20 to Sunday March 22, 2026.
Each item purchased counts as one entry, with no limit on the number of entries per person.
Eligibility
This competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older. Employees of Country Labelled, CMC Rocks, and any associated agencies or partners are not eligible to enter.
Prize Details
The prize includes:
• Four (4) Full Festival Tickets to CMC Rocks QLD 2026 (March 20–22, 2026)
• Four (4) VIP Upgrades (for use with Full Festival Tickets)
• One (1) Medium Powered Camp Site for up to four people for the entire festival duration
Prize Value
The prize is valued at AUD $3,571.00 (including GST).
The prize does not include travel, meals, beverages, insurance, spending money, or any additional expenses outside of the festival tickets and campsite. The winner is responsible for all other costs.
Entry Conditions
Each purchase made on countrylabelled.com during the competition period (9:00 am (AEDT) December 10, 2025 – 5:00 pm (AEDT) January 10, 2026) counts as one entry.
Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
Winner Selection and Notification
A winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries and announced publicly by 5:00 pm (AEDT) on January 11, 2026.
The winner will also be contacted using the email or phone details provided at checkout.
If the winner does not claim the prize within 30 days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and a new winner selected.
Public Announcement
By participating, entrants agree that Country Labelled may publicly announce the winner’s name on its website and social media platforms.
Organizer Rights
Country Labelled reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if unforeseen circumstances affect the fairness or proper conduct of the promotion.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
If any part of the prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond Country Labelled’s control, a similar item of equal or greater value may be substituted, subject to applicable laws.
Country Labelled is not responsible for any changes by CMC Rocks Pty Ltd regarding festival dates, scheduling, or cancellations that may impact the winner’s ability to redeem the prize.
Tickets provided as part of the prize may not be resold, auctioned, or used for advertising, promotional, or commercial purposes without prior written consent from CMC Rocks Pty Ltd.
Tickets sold or used in breach of these terms may be cancelled and entry to the event refused.
CMC Rocks QLD’s standard ticketing and venue conditions apply to all tickets issued.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Country Labelled and CMC Rocks Pty Ltd are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, expense, or claim (whether direct or consequential) suffered by any person arising from entering the competition, accepting the prize, or using the prize.
This includes, but is not limited to, non-receipt of the prize, damage during transit, or failure to comply with third-party terms.
