Competition Overview
Purchase any item from countrylabelled.com between 9:00 am (AEDT) November 29, 2024, and 5:00 pm (AEDT) December 19, 2024, + follow @countrylabelled & @cmcrocksfest on instagram to enter the competition to win 4 VIP festival passes and camping tickets to CMC RocksQLD, held from March 20 to March 22, 2025. Each purchase counts as a separate entry, with no limit on the number of entries per person.

Eligibility
This competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older. Employees of Country Labelled, CMC Rocks, and any of their associated agencies or partners are ineligible to enter.

Prize Details
The prize includes: Four (4) x Full Festival Tickets to CMC Rocks 2025 (March 20-22, 2025). Four (4) x VIP Upgrades (for use with Full Festival Tickets). One x Medium Powered Camp Site for 4 people for the duration of the festival
- Prize Value
The prize is valued at AUD$3281.00 (excluding GST).
- The prize does not cover any additional expenses, such as travel, meals and beverages, travel and medical insurance costs, spending money, or other incidentals. The winner is responsible for all costs outside of the festival and camping tickets.

Entry Conditions
Each purchase made on countrylabelled.com during the competition period (10:00 am (AEDT) November 29 to 10:00 am (AEDT) December 19, 2024) will automatically count as one entry. No entries will be accepted outside of this period.

Winner Selection and Notification
A winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries and announced publicly by 5:00 pm (AEDT) on December 20, 2024. The winner will also be notified via the contact details provided during their purchase (either email or phone). The winner has 30 days from the notification date to claim the prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize, in which case another winner will be selected.

By entering, the winner agrees to allow Country Labelled to publicly announce their name on its website and/or social media channels.

Country Labelled reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time if unforeseen circumstances occur that may impact the fairness or integrity of the competition.
- No component of the Prize can be transferred or redeemed for cash.
- All Prizes are subject to availability. If any of the Prizes or part of a Prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond Country Labelled’s reasonable control, Country Labelled reserves the right to provide a similar product to the same or greater value as the original prize, subject to any applicable laws or written directions made under applicable legislation.
- Country Labelled is not responsible for any changes in times or dates or cancellations or rescheduling of CMC Rocks QLD 2025 that may prevent the Prize winner from redeeming the Prize or any part of it.
- Tickets to CMC Rocks QLD 2025 may not, without the prior written consent of CMC Rocks Pty Ltd, be re-sold or offered for resale at a premium (including via online auction sites) or used for advertising, charity fundraising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including but not limited to competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services, either by the winner(s) or any subsequent bearer. If a ticket is sold or used in breach of this condition, the ticket may be cancelled and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission. CMC Rocks QLD’s usual ticketing and venue terms and conditions apply to all tickets provided under this Promotion and by accepting tickets Entrants agree to be bound by their respective terms, including any applicable age restrictions.
- To the full extent permitted by the law, Country Labelled and the prize provider (CMC Rocks Pty Ltd) will not be liable for any delay, death, injury, damages, expenses, or loss whatsoever (whether direct or consequential) to persons or property as a result of any person entering into the Competition or accepting or using any Prize, including without limitation non-receipt of any Prize or damage to any Prize in transit and the Prize winner’s failure to comply with the terms and conditions (if any) specified by any third party.
